Jacy's Story

Wolf Connection was contacted by Castaic Animal Shelter, but at the time we were at capacity and could not take Jacy right away. One of the pack elders, Moonshadow, passed away about a week after we were contacted giving us room to take Jacy in. He was given his name to honor Moonshadow – Jacy means ‘moon’ in Old English. He is a budding nanny as he relates to the yearlings and younger pack members
