Beowulf, along with two adult females and ten puppies—including his own pups, Journey, Rome, and Wander—was discovered locked in a sweltering truck near Sacramento, CA, by Animal Control. This distressing situation led to their transfer to a nearby no-kill shelter, where their urgent need for rescue was recognized. Upon hearing about their plight, we felt an immediate sense of responsibility to visit and meet them all, compelled by the hope of providing them with a better future.

Since joining us, Beo has been a steadfast source of support for many of the wolves at Wolf Connection. His reassuring presence has proven invaluable during challenging times, providing comfort and stability to his fellow pack members. His unwavering loyalty and compassionate nature have significantly contributed to the well-being and harmony of our pack, fostering an environment of trust and connection.
