Hoku arrived at Wolf Connection alongside his packmate Koa after both were temporarily housed at a Delaware Zoo. They were confiscated from a private owner who lacked the proper licensing and was attempting to transport them across state lines. After carefully vetting numerous sanctuaries across the country, the Zoo determined that we would be the ideal forever home for them.

From the moment Hoku stepped into his new environment, his exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for play became apparent. These traits promise to create a joyful and engaging journey at Wolf Connection, as he explores his surroundings with eagerness and excitement. His affinity for toys is a clear reflection of his playful spirit, inviting those around him to join in on the fun and exploration.

With the love, patience, and space provided at Wolf Connection, we are confident that Hoku will continue to flourish.
