Journey, along with her siblings Rome and Wander, and her parents Beowulf and Abeona, were all discovered in a hot, locked truck near Sacramento, CA, by Animal Control. The family was subsequently transferred to a nearby no-kill shelter. Upon learning of their urgent need for rescue, we felt compelled to visit and meet them all.

Journey has unfortunately undergone multiple surgeries due to accidental injuries, but she has proven to be a true survivor.

She is playful, friendly, and bold, embracing adventure with her siblings and thriving on long hikes with a big group of friends. Journey is always eager to make new acquaintances and share her joyful spirit, making her a vibrant and cherished member of our pack.
