We were contacted by a rescue liaison who heard about Lakota through a shelter in Bend, Oregon. He had been surrendered by his family after repeatedly escaping, and Animal Control, unable to find another solution, sought sanctuary placement for him. Lakota was quickly placed in isolation and was scheduled for euthanasia when we received the call.

Upon seeing his beautifully soulful eyes, we knew he would be a wonderful addition to our pack. Lakota brings immense joy to our team with his hilarious antics and vibrant personality!
