Wander, along with her siblings Journey and Rome and their parents Beowulf and Abeona, faced a harrowing beginning when they were discovered in a hot, locked truck near Sacramento, CA, by Animal Control. This critical rescue highlighted the urgent need for their well-being, and the family, along with others, was promptly transferred to a nearby no-kill shelter. Upon learning of their plight, we felt an undeniable urge to meet them and provide the sanctuary they so desperately needed.
